The Administration provided information that the applicant considered insufficient, which motivated his claim.
When a complaint was filed, the Council of Transparency and Good Governance considered it since access to the information requested is linked to the purpose of the LTAIBG - expressed in its Preamble - since it allows to know how decisions are made, how public funds are managed or under what criteria the institutions act.
