The claim is filed against the decision issued by the MINISTRY OF JUSTICE in execution of the previous Judgment No. 66/2021 of the Third Section of the Administrative Litigation Chamber of the Supreme Court that partially estimated an appeal recognizing the right of the appellant to access public information, but in a manner adjusted to the limitations of the LTAIBG.

In the implementing decision, the Administration denies access to the extraditable documents submitted by the Turkish authorities in the context of an extradition procedure concerning him on the basis of Article 14(1)(e) and (c) LTAIBG.

The Council of Transparency and Good Governance, having submitted a complaint pursuant to Article 24.1 LTAIBG, agrees to suspend the time limit for resolving the complaint until it is established that the Central Administrative Court No. 10, dictated in the separate piece of execution of the above procedure.
