In exercise of the right of access to public information, a request for access to the administrative file was submitted to the Ministry of Industry, Trade and Tourism, which agreed, in the list of jobs, to change the essential characteristics and functions of a post of chief section.

The Ministry decided to grant the information by providing the justification of the coverage of the place by specific competition, the proposal of functions and merits, and the publication of the resolution of the call in the Official State Gazette of June 26, 2019; adding, at the stage of allegations of this procedure, that there is no requested file as conceived by the interested party.

In its resolution, the Council dismisses the claim on the grounds that the Ministry has provided all the information in its possession, in accordance with the provisions of Article 13 LTAIBG.
