In exercise of the right of access to public information, the public entity ENAIRE, dependent on the Ministry of Transport and Sustainable Mobility, was asked for the data provided by that entity to the Ministry of Consumption, relating to passengers, crew, itineraries and transit in airports of the AENA network, of the corporate aircraft of Iberdrola, corresponding to the last annuality.
The requested entity did not respond to the request within the established deadline, so the requesting company filed a complaint with the Council of Transparency and Good Governance.
After the established period has elapsed without the Council having issued a resolution, the claimant company lodges an administrative appeal against the alleged rejection of its claim.
