SUMMARY

The representative of the Commercial Entity sent a request for access to the information to the City of Majadahonda -Madrid- in order to know information on the files of restoration of the urban legality initiated, and where appropriate sanctioning files initiated, as a result of the urban complaints made by that Entity.

The Council of Transparency and Good Government, taking into account the generic nature of the application and that these were sanctioning files, agreed to retract the proceedings so that, in accordance with the provisions of article 19.2 of the LTAIBG, the City of Majadahonda would transfer the application to the commercial in order to identify sufficiently the information requested in accordance with the provisions of the LTAIBG.

The Central Administrative Court No. 1 of Madrid dismisses the appeal filed by judgment of April 4, 2018.
