11. Information of a working nature, on a public position of the City of Torrejón

SUMMARY

Application for the right of access addressed to the City Council of Torrejón de Ardoz (Madrid), in order to know certain information of a labor nature, etc., on a position of that City Council.

After the legally established period has elapsed without having obtained a response to his request for access to the information, the interested party understands it rejected by administrative silence and makes a claim under article 24 of the LTAIBG.

The Council for Transparency and Good Governance considers the complaint as the information requested is considered to be public information, which may also be published under articles 6 and 8 of the LTAIBG. Consequently, the Council declares the right of access to the information requested and urges the City Council to send it within 15 working days.

Faced with this resolution, the City of Torrejón de Ardoz filed a contentious-administrative appeal by means of a letter of September 18, 2018.
