SUMMARY
Requests for access rights addressed to different Official Colleges of Nursing, in order to know certain information related to the last two electoral processes of the colleges. In particular, all the minutes derived from each of the processes are requested, as well as the date of registration of the new Boards of Government in the Register of Professional Associations.
In the absence of a response from the schools, several complaints were filed under article 24 of Law 19/2013, of 9 December, on transparency, access to information and good governance (LTAIBG). The Council of Transparency and Good Governance considered the claims submitted, considering that the requested documentation is considered to be public information, and urges schools to make it available to the claimant party.
