SUMMARY

A citizen asks Radio Televisión Madrid (RTVM) for various information about the entity’s staff. Dissatisfied with the response given to her request, given that two of the six requested information are not met, the interested party presents a complaint to the Council of Transparency and Good Governance in December 2019.

Having studied the file by the Council, the latter estimates the claim raised, considering that it is public information and that there are no circumstances (limits, causes of inadmissibility) that have a greater weight than the public interest existing in its knowledge.

Faced with the resolution issued, RTVM interposes a contentious-administrative appeal that has entry into the Council on September 11, 2020.
