SUMMARY

The presentation of this claim originates from the granting, by the General Directorate of Industry, Energy and Mines of the Government of the Autonomous Community of Cantabria, of access to a file related to the Quintanilla exploitation, located in Valderredible, municipality of Cantabria.

For this reason, the commercial company affected by the access to the file presents a complaint to the Council of Transparency and Good Governance in October 2020.

The Transparency Council dismisses the complaint on the grounds that access to the information requested does not prejudice the economic and commercial interests of the company concerned or constitute an abusive request.

Faced with the resolution issued by the Council, the commercial company affected lodges a contentious-administrative appeal that has entry into the Council on April 19, 2021.
