58. Access to the Special Plan Casco Historico of 1990 and the Catalogues of Real Property Protected of the Casco Historico from 1990 to 1994
SUMMARY
A citizen requested access to the Special Plan of the Historic Center of Alcalá de Henares 1990 and the Catalogues of Protected Real Property of the Historic Center years 1990 to 1994.
Not satisfied with the response given by the administration, the claimant filed a complaint with the Transparency and Good Governance Council (CTBG) in January 2021.
The CTBG dismisses the claim in the face of the City Council’s assertion that the documentation does not exist in the terms requested by the claimant.
Faced with the resolution issued by the CTBG, the claimant lodges a contentious-administrative appeal that has entry into the Council on July 19, 2021.
