61. Access to the files related to the kiosk of a square of the municipality of Pastrana
SUMMARY
A citizen asked the City of Pastrana for a copy of the files related to the construction of a kiosk in the town, including the hiring of lawyers and attorneys for defense in court, the expenses related to the demolition of the kiosk, indemnities, etc.
Dissatisfied with the response given by the administration, which indicated to the claimant the date and time to access the documentation in person, the claimant filed a complaint with the Transparency and Good Governance Council (CTBG) in August 2021.
The CTBG estimates the claim since the claimant acceded to the notice indicating the date and time for on-site access thereafter, which determined that the claimant was unable to appear.
Faced with the resolution issued by the CTBG, the City of Pastrana filed a contentious-administrative appeal that has entry into the Council on March 18, 2021.
