62. Access to information on the remuneration and compensation of the members of the City Council during the year 2020
SUMMARY
A citizen asked the City of Cangas de Narcea for information on remuneration (compensation, assistance, daily subsistence allowance, expenses, social security contributions, etc.) Received by the members of the Corporation in the year 2020.
In the absence of a response to his request, the claimant filed a complaint with the Council of Transparency and Good Governance (CTBG) in September 2021.
The CTBG estimates the claim since it is public information according to Law 19/2013, of December 9, on transparency, access to public information and good governance (LTAIBG), and there are no applicable limits to grant access.
In resolving the claim by the CTBG after the three months established by the LTAIBG, the claimant lodges a contentious-administrative appeal that has entered the Council on April 21, 2022.
