A citizen asked the Public Company Sociedad de Radiotelevisión del Principado de Asturias, SAU., for various information on the complaints received and their processing.
Dissatisfied with the response to his request, which did not fully address it, the claimant filed a complaint with the Transparency and Good Governance Council (CTBG) in April 2022.
The CTBG estimates the claim since it is public information according to Law 19/2013, of December 9, on transparency, access to public information and good governance (LTAIBG), and there are no applicable limits to grant access.
In response to the decision issued by the CTBG, the entity sought lodges an administrative appeal, which entered the Council on January 12, 2023.
