A citizen asked the City of Ugena (Toledo) for information on the execution of an administrative contract on sanctioning files, file 459/2022.
Dissatisfied with the decision of the city council, which disallowed the application because it considered that the causes of non-admission contemplated in articles 18.1.c) and 18.1.e) of the LTAIBG were present, in May 2022 the citizen filed a complaint with the Council of Transparency and Good Government (CTBG).
The CTBG estimates the claim since it is public information according to Law 19/2013, of December 9, on transparency, access to public information and good governance (LTAIBG), and does not consider the two causes of inadmissibility invoked by the city council to be applicable.
Faced with the resolution issued by the CTBG, the requested city council lodges a contentious-administrative appeal that has entry into the Council on March 16, 2023.
