A citizen asked the Ministry of Agriculture, Rural Development, Population and Territory of the Junta de Extremadura for information on the livestock farms for the production and reproduction of pigs, cattle, poultry, sheep and goats registered in the register of livestock farms.
Dissatisfied with the resolution of 8 June 2022, which partially estimated the application, the claimant filed a complaint with the Transparency and Good Governance Council (CTBG) in July 2022.
The CTBG estimates the claim since it is public information according to Law 19/2013, of December 9, on transparency, access to public information and good governance (LTAIBG), and does not consider any legal limit or any cause of inadmissibility to apply.
In response to the resolution issued by the CTBG, the regional administration lodged an administrative appeal, which entered the Council on May 11, 2023.
