A citizen asked the Office for the Prevention and Fight against Corruption of the Balar Islands for information on the files derived from the complaints filed by him.
In the absence of a response to his request, the claimant filed a complaint with the Transparency and Good Governance Council (CTBG) in June 2022.
The CTBG estimates the claim since it is public information according to Law 19/2013, of December 9, on transparency, access to public information and good governance (LTAIBG), and does not consider any legal limit or any cause of inadmissibility to apply.
In response to the resolution issued by the CTBG, the entity sought lodges an administrative appeal, which entered the Council on June 29, 2023.
