A citizen asked the Public Broadcaster of Castilla-La Mancha (CM-Media) for information on the work plans of the different companies that make up that public agency.
In the absence of a response to her request, the claimant filed a complaint with the Council of Transparency and Good Governance (CTBG) in September 2022.
The CTBG estimates the claim since it is public information according to Law 19/2013, of December 9, on transparency, access to public information and good governance (LTAIBG), and does not consider any legal limit or any cause of inadmissibility to apply.
In response to the resolution issued by the CTBG, the entity sought lodges a contentious-administrative appeal, which entered the Council on July 20, 2023.
