A citizen asked the City Council of Quero (Toledo) for various information on the activity of the municipality, in particular on rules and urban reports, strategic grant plans and urban advisory contracts.
In the absence of a response to her request, the claimant filed a complaint with the Transparency and Good Governance Council (CTBG) in December 2022.
The CTBG estimates the claim since it is public information according to Law 19/2013, of December 9, on transparency, access to public information and good governance (LTAIBG), and does not consider any legal limit or any cause of inadmissibility to apply.
In response to the resolution issued by the CTBG, the entity sought lodges a contentious-administrative appeal, which entered the Council on July 20, 2023.
