A citizen asked the City of Villamediana de Iregua (La Rioja) for various information regarding, among other issues, the technical and legal reports issued in relation to urban discipline files.
In the absence of a response to her request, the claimant filed a complaint with the Transparency and Good Governance Council (CTBG) in April 2023.
The CTBG estimates the claim since it is public information according to Law 19/2013, of December 9, on transparency, access to public information and good governance (LTAIBG), and does not consider any legal limit or any cause of inadmissibility to apply.
In response to the resolution issued by the CTBG, the entity sought lodges a contentious-administrative appeal, which entered the Council on February 29, 2024.
