A citizen requested from the City Council of Llanes (Principado de Asturias) a copy of the spending relations of the consistory itself during the years 2020, 2021, 2022, 2023 and 2024
In February 2024, the claimant filed a complaint with the Council for Transparency and Good Governance (CTBG).
The CTBG estimates the claim since it is public information according to Law 19/2013, of December 9, on transparency, access to public information and good governance (LTAIBG), and does not consider any legal limit or any cause of inadmissibility to apply.
In response to the decision handed down by the CTBG, the requested entity lodged an administrative appeal with the Administrative Litigation Division of the National High Court, which entered the Council on 21 May 2024.
