A citizen asked the Municipality of Felanitx (Illes Balears) for an integrated copy of the Felanitx road catalogue prepared by the Consell de Mallorca and delivered to this municipality.
In response to a denial, the claimant filed a complaint with the Council of Transparency and Good Governance (CTBG) in April 2024.
The CTBG estimates the claim considering that the reasons for non-admission invoked by the municipal administration are not present.
In response to the decision issued by the CTBG, the requested entity lodged an administrative appeal with the Administrative Litigation Division of the National High Court, which entered the Council on October 7, 2024.
