A citizen asked the Balearic Islands Health Department for access to the file, of the actual and effective existence or not of a Neonatal Intermediate Care Unit within the Hospital of Manacor and different information related to it.
Prior to the response given by the health administration, the claimant filed a complaint with the Council of Transparency and Good Governance (CTBG) in January 2024.
The CTBG partially estimates the claim by requesting access to specific documentation because it considers that the cause of inadmissibility invoked in article 18.1 (b) of the LTAIBG does not exist, and allocates it with respect to the rest of the information requested.
In response to the decision handed down by the CTBG, the claimant lodged an administrative appeal with the Administrative Litigation Division of the National High Court, which entered the Council on 7 October 2024.
