The new Evaluation Plan for the year 2021 is published, which incorporates two important innovations
The Council of Transparency and Good Governance presents its Evaluation Plan for the year 2021 that incorporates two important novelties:
In order to be in a position to be able to report on their actions in time and form before the representatives of the citizens and, at the same time, provide the Cortes Generales with recent information on the degree of compliance with the law, the elaboration of the report is advanced at the end of the first quarter of the year following each exercise.
In addition, it has been decided to publish periodically, on the institutional website, the reports corresponding to the evaluations carried out, as well as the observations or comments made by the evaluated entity. This anticipated publication aims to provide greater immediacy to the results of the Council’s action and to confer greater value on the information generated, which will be available to other obligated subjects, academia, the media, civil society organizations, and interested citizens at a time much closer to the time when the evaluation was carried out.
