The Council of Transparency and Good Governance (CTBG) has just published the report with the results of the evaluation of compliance with the active advertising obligations of 75 entities belonging to the Institutional Public Sector.
The CTBG report shows that the degree of compliance with the obligations imposed by the Transparency, Access to Public Information and Good Governance Act (LTAIB) by all the entities evaluated has increased by 26.5%, compared to the previous evaluation. In particular, the 2022 index was 51.6%, compared to 40.8% in 2021.
In the review of compliance with the recommendations that the CTBG made to these entities in 2021, the Council Report notes that they have been applied in 39.3%. The CTBG is pleased that its indications have contributed to enhancing compliance with the Transparency Act. However, for those entities that have not yet managed to reach full compliance, a series of specific recommendations are formulated aimed, fundamentally, at facilitating the location, accessibility and understanding of public information for citizens.
