The third session of the cycle “Seminars on transparency and access to information”, organized by the Council of Transparency and Good Governance, will deal with transparency and selective processes and will feature the intervention of the Deputy Director General of Selection of the INAP, María José Blanco, the Vice-President of the GAIP, Clara Isabel Velasco, and the Professor of Administrative Law of the University of Alcalá Juan Francisco Mestre.
