SUMMARY

A union filed an application for access to the RTVE Corporation to obtain information on the gross annual remuneration received in 2014 and 2015 by its management.

The RTVE Corporation provided the unidentified information corresponding only to the senior management.

The Council of Transparency and Good Government submitted a complaint for partial delivery of information, urging it to submit the personal data of the recipient, the verbatim of the post of the organizational chart and its remuneration actually received for all the personnel who have occupied a position of direction and sub-direction in this period, given that access to the information requested, relating to the remuneration of directors of a commercial company with 100% public participation and financed from the general budgets of the State, as is the case of the CRTVE, has been endorsed both by the Interpretative Criterion approved jointly by this Council of Transparency and Spanish Data Protection Agency.
