89.- Alleged resolutions referring to three claims in the field of public procurement and public employment of the Extremadura Health Service
Recurrent: The claimant physical person.
One person filed three complaints against so many requests for access to information addressed to the Extremadura Health Service and related to a list of technical prescriptions of a public tender (Expte. 1291/2025); with reports of execution of a public contract (Expte. 1562/2025); and with staff appointments (Expte. 1776/2025).
In the absence of a response from this Council to these claims, an administrative appeal is lodged with the Administrative Litigation Division of the National High Court, which entered the Council on 5 March 2006.
