In exercise of the right of access to public information, the Independent Office for Regulation and Supervision of Recruitment (OIReScon) of the Ministry of Finance was requested to have access to information on the actions carried out in a complaint file.
OIReScon only reported that it had forwarded the dossier to the Court of Auditors' electronic register, and provided the registration number assigned.
Subsequently, during the conduct of this procedure, the competent entity provided a detailed explanation of its proceedings from the time it received the communication that initiated the complaint file until the completion of the complaint with the referral of the complaint to the Court of Auditors and the Special Prosecutor’s Office against Corruption and Organized Crime, so it is considered that the request that was submitted has been answered.
The claimant company did not make any observations with respect to the information provided to it in the hearing procedure granted to it.
The Council considers the claim on formal grounds that the claimant ' s right to obtain full access to the requested information within the legally established time limit has not been respected, and it has been necessary to lodge a complaint with this Council in order to fully recognize her right.
