An individual filed a request for access to information addressed to the Public Enterprise Company ENAIRE, attached to the Ministry of Development, which aimed to know the identity, with name and surname, of the author of a Technical Note that accompanied a Resolution of its Director General.
The same individual filed a Complaint with the Council of Transparency and Good Government when his request was denied for affecting, in the opinion of the Administration, the protection of the personal data of the worker.
The Council rejected the complaint and considered in its Resolution that the identification of that author of the technical note is not of public relevance for the purposes of transparency, given that the company itself admitted it as its own and made its content known to the applicant, which is what really stands out.
