Administrative Litigation of the ACAIP Union against a decision of the CTBG that did not admit its claim for extemporánea
ABSTRACT
The ACAIP Union submitted a request for access to information addressed to the Ministry of the Interior, which aimed to know the number of public employees of penitentiary institutions who have been deducted from their payroll as a result of a situation of Incapacity for Work and absences due to illness.
The Ministry dismissed the request and ACAIP filed a complaint with the Transparency and Good Governance Council.
The CTBG disallowed the Claim for having been filed after the expiration of the one-month period available to claim.
