One citizen requested an authentic copy of certain information contained in a disciplinary file affecting two local police officers. In response to the request, the interested party was provided with the information but, according to a complaint filed with the Council, the information received was not authentic copies. The Council of Transparency and Good Governance considered that we were not faced with an assumption of the right of access of art. 13 of the Transparency Act and that, in any case, the provisions contained in the Administrative Procedure Act relating to the rights of persons involved in proceedings would apply.
