ABSTRACT

A citizen submitted a request for access to information addressed to the State Tax Administration Agency (AEAT) to know the updated catalog of jobs occupied and vacancies of officials in the province of Valencia

The AEAT denied access, on the understanding that such information endangered the sanction of criminal or administrative offences in the fight against fraud, the administrative functions of surveillance, inspection and control and affected personal data.

When a complaint was filed, the Transparency and Good Governance Council considered it, since reporting on Job Relations (RPT) is a legal obligation that does not affect personal data or the administrative functions of inspection, surveillance and control.
