SUMMARY

A citizen submitted a request for access to the information addressed to the RTVE Corporation to know the remuneration of the personnel participating in the Masterchef, Masterchef junior and Masterchef celebrity programs and the benefits obtained by the entity.

The CRTVE denied the information for affecting the protection of personal data, as well as for affecting their economic and commercial rights.

When the complaint was filed, the Council of Transparency and Good Governance considered it in part, considering that it does not affect its economic and commercial interests. However, it affects personal data, since its participants are, in part, non-TVE personnel and, in another part, technical personnel, not trusted personnel, causing harm in the private sphere of natural persons.
