SUMMARY

Three companies submitted requests for access to information addressed to the Ministry of Development, to know the bases of the call, the agreements, the contracts, the awards and the reports on the lands of the so-called "Operation Chamartín".

The administration denied the information due to administrative silence.

When a complaint was filed, the Council for Transparency and Good Governance partially considered it, considering that certain information (such as the report on the loading) should be considered as auxiliary or support, and access should be granted to the rest of the requested reports.
