113. Productivity of the staff of the State Agency for the Inspection of Labour and Social Security
SUMMARY
A citizen submitted a request for access to information addressed to the Ministry of Labour, Migration and Social Security to know the productivity results by objectives, the productivity instruction of the Labour and Social Security Inspectorate and a copy of an act of the Provincial Monitoring Commission of A Coruña.
The administration denied the information on the grounds that the request affected the administrative functions of monitoring, inspection and control, and that the information was ancillary or supportive.
The Council of Transparency and Good Governance, having submitted a complaint, considered that the arguments of the administration were not applicable, since this is not auxiliary information because of the very essence of an instruction from a Directorate-General intended to pay for the work of its staff and because there is no real prejudice to the Agency ' s inspection functions, either in the present or in the future.
