The Trade Union Section of CC.OO in the EFE Agency presented a request for access to information directed to the company to access its economic-financial situation: audit of accounts, debts, sales, general expenses, salaries, etc...

The EFE Agency did not respond to the request.

The Council for Transparency and Good Governance partially estimated the complaint, since the Agency’s budgets are 100% public, and information that compromises the company’s economic or commercial interests, such as debt reconversion or future business plans, must be safeguarded.
