95. Port Authority of Vigo. Company Plan and Minutes of the Board of Directors
SUMMARY
A trade union representative presented a request for access to the Business Plan and to an act of the Board of Directors of the Port Authority of Vigo
The Port Authority denied the information because it violates its economic and commercial interests and endangers the duty of confidentiality of the information.
When the complaint was filed, the Transparency and Good Governance Council considered it, since it is the consolidated opinion of the Transparency Council that the minutes of the Board of Directors are public, unless some specific aspect may affect confidentiality or secrecy in decision-making, in which case, that part alone should be eliminated. That is, in the opinion of the Transparency Council, the deliberations are confidential, but not the agreements reached.
