SUMMARY

A journalist submitted a request for access to information addressed to the Ministry of Justice to learn about the report on taxi regulation prepared by the Ministry of Public Works from May to August 2018, as well as the response given by the State Attorney.

The Administration denied the information because it considered that it affected the equality of the parties in the judicial processes, since the Report was in judicial headquarters.

When the complaint was filed, the Council for Transparency and Good Governance considered it, since that limit does not apply, since the document was not prepared expressly to have effect in an ongoing judicial proceeding.
