SUMMARY

A citizen submitted a request for access to information, addressed to the Administrator of Railway Infrastructures (ADIF) to have access to the minutes and attached documents of the Monitoring Committee of the AVE landfill in Murcia, at its meeting on November 7, 2018.

The Ministry forwarded the request to the Government Delegation, on the understanding that it was the competent body to decide.

When a complaint was filed, the Council of Transparency and Good Governance considered it, given that ADIF is competent, for having the documents in its possession, which makes them public information. In addition, the documents annexed to a Minutes are not to be regarded as auxiliary or supporting documents.
