SUMMARY

A journalist presented a request for access to information addressed to the General Secretariat of the Presidency of the Government to know the content of the contract for the edition of the book entitled "Manual of Resistance", written by the President of the Government.

The Administration did not respond to this request.

When a complaint was filed, the Council of Transparency and Good Government dismissed it as it was proven that the book was written before it was appointed President of the Government, thus being a private activity that is not covered by the Transparency Law.
