A citizen submitted a request for access to information addressed to the Ministry of Justice in order to know the list of the unregistered property of the Catholic Church.
The Ministry of Justice denied the information on the grounds that it is in the process of being prepared.
Once a complaint has been filed, the Council of Transparency and Good Government considered it as it is proven that the information has been in the Ministry’s possession since 2017.
