SUMMARY

A citizen submitted a request for access to information addressed to the Ministry of Development with the aim of knowing the report or opinion of the General Inspection of the Ministry on the modification of the Port of A Coruña, as well as the environmental impact study and the report of the State Attorney.

The Ministry did not respond.

When a complaint was filed, the Council for Transparency and Good Governance considered it to be documents relating to a procurement file involving contract modifications, and its disclosure was in the public interest, as required by article 8.1 (a) of the Transparency Act.
