SUMMARY

A citizen submitted a request for access to information addressed to the Port Authority of A Coruña to obtain information on the construction by SACYR of the Repsol pier in Punta Langosteira.

The Administration did not reply.

When the complaint was lodged, the Council of Transparency and Good Governance considered it because the Administration did not justify the existence of limits or apply the first additional provision, paragraph 1, of the Transparency Act, since the procedures opened before the Court of Auditors, which currently controls this works contract, are not administrative, but judicial. In addition, works contracts must be public, as required by Article 8.1(a) of the Transparency Act.
