SUMMARY

An association submitted a request for access to information to the General Nursing Council of Spain to obtain the Minutes of the last three electoral processes both for the office of President and for those of the plenary.

The General Council did not respond to the request.

When a complaint was filed, the Council of Transparency and Good Governance considered it, since it has the established criterion that the content of the minutes of the collegiate bodies and public law corporations must be public, which is in line with the purpose of the transparency law, which is to know how decisions affecting citizens are made.
