A citizen submitted a request for information to the MINISTRY OF CULTURE AND SPORT, requesting access to the details of each and every anti-doping control carried out from January 1, 2011 to the present day.
The Administration granted access partially, invoking the protection of specially protected personal data and providing general information on which authorizations are granted at national level by substance and dose and providing a file with the total data – aggregated and dissociated – by sport, sex and active ingredient.
The Council of Transparency and Good Governance partially considered the complaint, urging the Ministry to provide the required information that has been in its possession since 2014, duly anonymized, so as to prevent the identification of the persons affected and respecting the principle of proportionality.
