16. Information on a project to modernise education information systems in the Community of Madrid
SUMMARY
Application for right of access addressed to the Agency for the Digital Administration of the Community of Madrid, in order to know certain information about a project of modernization of the information systems of education of the Community of Madrid, which was finally abandoned.
The Agency for Digital Administration of the Community of Madrid denies the request for right of access made by the interested party, considering that this is information prior to the entry into force of Law 19/2013, of 9 December on transparency, access to information and good governance.
Faced with this rejection, the interested party filed on May 10, 2018 a claim under Article 24 of the LTAIBG. The Council of Transparency and Good Governance estimates the claim submitted by considering that the requested documentation is considered public information and that it has not been sent to the claimant.
Faced with this resolution, the Agency for the Digital Administration of the Community of Madrid filed a contentious-administrative appeal in January 2019.
