SUMMARY

Application for right of access addressed to the Official College of Nursing of Madrid, in order to obtain a copy of the minutes of the general meeting of the governing board and the permanent commission corresponding to the years 2015, 2016, 2017 and 2018.

After the legally established period has elapsed without having obtained a response to his request for access to information, the person concerned understands it rejected by administrative silence and makes a claim under article 24 of the Transparency, Access to Information and Good Governance Act.

The Council of Transparency and Good Governance estimates the claim raised as it considers that the information requested has the status of public information. Consequently, the Council declares the right of access to the information requested and urges the College to send it within one month.

Dissatisfied with the resolution issued, the College lodges a contentious-administrative appeal that has entry into the Council on March 14, 2019.
