- The Transparency Council publishes its evaluation of the transparency portals of 225 public sector institutional state entities
- This group, which does not include ministries, includes entities such as autonomous bodies, public business entities, state-owned companies, public and mutual foundations.
- There is a great disparity in the fulfillment of the obligations of active advertising between entities. The Council reminds those responsible for those who have not reached full compliance that these are binding legal obligations and urges them to comply with the Transparency Act without delay. To make their task easier, it provides them with a series of specific recommendations.
- Among the entities evaluated this year, 100% compliance is achieved by the Thyssen-Bornemisza Foundation, the Port Authority of Bilbao, Mutua Universal MUGENAT, Sainsel Sistemas Navales and Palencia Alta Carretera.
