This new section is intended to help all those units and people who work on issues related to transparency, as well as citizens interested in the subject, by offering a selection of our resolutions that systematize or set criteria of the Council on access to information of various nature or include new jurisprudence or relevant sectoral regulations that affect the right of access to public information.

Both resolutions of state scope and resolutions issued in complaint procedures that affect the autonomous and local administrations of those Autonomous Communities that have attributed to the Council the exercise of jurisdiction in this matter will be included.

In this section it is possible to already consult relevant resolutions that we have dictated in recent months. As the Council is issuing new resolutions whose content is highlighted from the doctrinal point of view, they will be added to this repository. These resolutions, along with the rest of those issued each month by the Council, will also continue to be published in the usual sections of the website.
