In accordance with the provisions of its Evaluation Plan for 2024the Council for Transparency and Good Governance publishes on its website the reports assessing compliance by the Transparency Portal of the General State Administration with the obligations of active publicity established in the Law 19/2013, on Transparency, Access to Information and Good Governance.
